Naked Foods Return and Delivery Policy

All Naked Food sales must be paid in AUS$. All Naked Foods sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. In good will, we will be happy to look into any issues you may raise and endeavour, with no commitment to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Naked Foods is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package. To ensure you receive your products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If we replace any good, shipping/handling charges are not refundable.

Refunds can only be credited to a bank account. Request for credit on orders received must be made within 24hrs of delivery of the order. All Return must to be approved by the office. Credits are unable to be issued on: discounted items, seasonal merchandise such as mothers day, Christmas etc., sale items and items after 30 days delivery. Products must be returned in its original packaging.
