Chunky Peanut Butter Granola Clusters

We have two new BFF's here at Naked Foods: 1: Arman from @thebigmansworld, and 2: this Chunky Peanut Butter Granola he created for us. 


Chunky Peanut Butter Granola Clusters

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, roasted salted mixed nuts and granulated sweetener of choice. Mix well.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine peanut butter with maple syrup/honey. Melt until combined.
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Spread on a single layer, on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Once golden, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  7. Once cool, break the granola into large clusters. Add your Kri Kri sesame seeds, chocolate chips and dry mix-ins of choice.
  8. Store at room temperature, in a sealed container, for up to 2 weeks.

Yes it’s probably best as a treat :) Unfortunately we don’t have the nutritional info for you but it does contain a lot of sugar so I wouldn’t recommend it as an everyday meal!!

is there any way of finding out the nutritional info for this recipe, per serve? It sounds AMAZING but I fear it possibly isn’t that good for me and may be a treat/snack?
