The dates in these scrumptious spheres will help curb your cravings with their natural sugars, which means you’ll be less likely to snack on the naughty stuff.
What you’ll need
½ cup Pine Nuts
½ cup Almonds (raw)
¼ cup Sesame Seeds
½ cup Coconut Flakes
3 Tbsp coconut oil
Fresh dates (add to you level of desired sweetness, we usually add around 5-6)
2 tsp's cacao power
Pop it in a blender and whizz up the mixture, roll into bite sized balls and place in the refrigerator for an hour or so to set.
Depending on your bite size! we get around 8-12 out of this batch. Suitable for the whole family & fun to make together!
