Pina Colada Overnight Bircher Muesli
Nut Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free
Prep time: 5 minutes.
- 150g rolled oats*
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut*
- 2 tbsp chia seeds*
- 150g fresh orange juice
- 130ml light canned coconut milk
- 50g pineapple juice
- 1 passionfruit
- Optional add ins: diced orange/pineapples, nuts*, seeds*, protein powder*

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl (or 2 mason jars) and set aside in the fridge. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
