Superfood Breakfast Bowl

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 peeled, frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 fresh banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries, washed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes*
- 2 tablespoons Aussie walnuts*
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds*
- 1 tablespoon locally-sourced bee pollen*

- In a blender or food processor, purée frozen berries, frozen banana and coconut milk until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.
- Arrange fresh banana, fresh berries, coconut flakes, walnuts chia seeds and bee pollen on surface of smoothie bowl and serve.
