Superfood Breakfast Bowl

Vegetarian, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free, Gluten-Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 peeled, frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 fresh banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries, washed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes*
  • 2 tablespoons Aussie walnuts*
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds*
  • 1 tablespoon locally-sourced bee pollen*

      Method

      1. In a blender or food processor, purée frozen berries, frozen banana and coconut milk until smooth. Pour into a breakfast bowl.
      2. Arrange fresh banana, fresh berries, coconut flakes, walnuts chia seeds and bee pollen on surface of smoothie bowl and serve.
