Organic French Green Lentils (also known as Puy lentils) are different from most other lentils as they hold their shape well once cooked. They are a tiny, lens-shaped seed of a small shrub. They are about 1/2cm wide and have a mild earthy flavour. They are vegan and wheat-free.
