Organic Tamari Sauce
Organic Tamari Sauce is a gluten-free soy sauce which is made from naturally fermented organic soybeans. The natural fermentation process used to make this organic tamari allows it to develop its own rich deep flavour.
Use organic tamari in your cooking wherever you would use soy sauce. Mix through gravies, sauces and casseroles. Use as a marinade and in stir-fry dishes.
Tamari contains much less salt than traditional soy sauce. It aids in the digestion of fruits and vegetables, while being rich in several minerals, and is a good source of vitamin B3, protein, manganese, and tryptophan.
