Cracked wheat kernels. Usually used in middle eastern cooking, most commonly known for its use in Tabbouleh.

Served Best:

Place bourghal into a bowl; cover with boiling water and let it soak for about one hour, stirring occasionally. If excess water remains, drain in a strainer.
