Products Included:
- 180g organic wholemeal bakers plain flour
- 100g organic rolled oats
- 150g organic coconut sugar
- 250ml organic rice malt syrup
- 100g dark chocolateĀ buttons

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 170C fan-forced.
2. Mix all cookie dough ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms (if itās still crumbly, add 1 tbsp of water).
3. Fold in all the mix in until well distributed.
4. Use an ice cream scoop and scoop out 10-12 balls (do not flatten).
5. Optional for extra thick cookies: Allow to cool in the freezer for an hour.
6. Bake for 10-11min or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
7. Allow to cool on the pan for 10min before removing to a cooling rack.Ā
