Grown here in Australia, rolled barley is made from lightly toasted pearled barley grain that is gently rolled. This process ensures that all the valuable nutrients are retained. Organic Rolled Barley is a great alternative to oats, or in combination with oats.

Organic rolled barley can be used as a cereal in place, or as well as oats, but is also used in baking, bread and in soups and stews.

How To Cook

Heat over the stove like oats. Add to cereals or muesli.


Whole grain barley contains a range of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial plant compounds - rich source of fibre, molybdenum, manganese and selenium. It also contains good amounts of copper, vitamin B1, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium and niacin. Barley contains soluble fibre, which reduces hunger and enhances feelings of fullness.
