Organic Unbleached White Self-Raising Flour
Organic Unbleached White Self Raising Flour is a low-protein, low gluten unbleached white flour with a raising agent added. It has a creamy colour because it is unbleached, is more flavoursome and has a stronger texture than other white self-raising flours.
Organic Unbleached White Self-raising flour is used in baking and cake-making, as a short-cut in baking, or as an egg substitute (the extra raising agent in the flour does the eggs’ work).
How To Cook
Suitable for various cooking needs. Ideally, it should be refrigerated to retain freshness.
Useful for general baking. Can be used in vegan cooking to aid the rising of baked goods. Unbleached and therefore more nutrient-dense, less chemical treatment.
