The Opportunity:

Naked Foods is looking for a Full time / Part time Store Manager at our Warringah store who is keen to immerse themselves into our world or organic health food and beauty and go above-and-beyond to deliver excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand and adhere to the Naked Foods DNA, and be exemplary to staff and peers at all times by showing and leading with high standards of ethics, honesty, and trust

• Ensure Naked Foods Standards are constantly maintained through a clean and tidy retail environment, and the presentation, dressing, and hygiene of retail staff

• Coach team to provide an exceptionally high level of customer care and encourage cooperation within the team at all times

• Rostering of retail team in the store, adhere to labour budget and workplace standards such as breaks and schedule, work health safety and performance management

• Attend training sessions as required to improve knowledge and skills, with the aim to train and ensure team attendance at designated courses and seminars

• Achievement of budget sales target and meet average sales targets

• Stock on hand level and customer conversion level at budgeted rate

• Submission of reports required within stipulated deadlines

• Understand GST and profit conversions

• Place orders on weekly basis and follow schedules

• Submit invoices on weekly basis

• Greeting and serving customers in a professional manner and answering the phones

• Operating tills, processing payments and transactions using our POS system

• Be a Naked Foods ambassador, advocating for our products and our brand to customers by offering food samples and sharing health knowledge

About You:

• You live and breathe retail and have 1-2 years of Store Manager experience

• You LOVE people and have exceptional customer service skills and can speak to our Naked foodies with enthusiasm and confidence

• You have a friendly and bubbly personality with a can-do attitude!

• Must be available 30 hours per week (full availability for weekends are essential)

• Great time management & organisational skills

• Bonus: you’re an outgoing foodie with a passion for organic health foods or sustainability
