DISPATCH (exclude weekends and public holidays)
We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 24-48 hours from Sydney from when the order is placed unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
During peak periods (Naked Monday, Sales, Public Holidays, Christmas, Boxing Day), dispatch times may be longer.
Standard Parcel Post
We aim to dispatch standard parcel post orders within 24-48 hours.
NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC: 1-2 working days.
All of WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States: 3-4 working days.
For orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend, they will be sent out over the following business days (Monday-Friday).
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, please be patient as we want to rectify the issues with your order as accurately as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not accept liability for any items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
