• What is naked rewards?v

  Who doesn't love member perks! Especially when it involves food. We want to support our Naked Foodies on their healthy lifestyle and journey. We have created a new and revamped loyalty program to rewards each and every one of our amazing customers with new free treats, access exclusive promotions, birthday bonuses and more!

• How do I join?v

  It's super easy, all you need to is create an account here.
  Already have an account, log in here so you can check your rewards available and much more.

• What if I have been naked foodie for years?v

  Do not worry! You will start with some points, however your existing purchases from the previous year spend(before our Loyalty program launch date); will count towards your current tiers status. You will have 12 months to continue shopping with us and remain eligible for that tier; or you will be downgraded accordingly at the end of the 12-month period.

• Does it cost to join?v

  No! You will be however unlocking more perks and benefits as you start achieving goals when becoming a Naked Foodie.

• How do points convert into rewards?v

  The minimum number of points awarded will be 1 point per dollar spent, each point having a 2-cent value.

• What about purchasing online? v

  Points are earned on every purchase when you have an account. Points are awarded based on the net cost of the goods you are purchasing and the product type (roundeed down to the nearest point).
  
  Log in when making a purchase online to ensure your rewards account is identified and any points you earn are credited to your account. You can check your accrued points at any time.

• Is there a referral program? v

  Who doesn't like free money! Give $10 and get $10 when you refer your friends to Naked Foods. You can receive your voucher after your friend completes their first purchase! The coupon will be redeemable for any orders with a minimum spend of $40. Your friend must be a new customer who hasn't created an account yet. Referral benefits can only be redeemed online.

• Is there a limit on how many points can I earn? v

  There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn and the amount of benefits you can redeem while you are a Naked Foodie.

• Do points expire? v

  Points are valid for 12 months from when you became a Naked Foodie. Your points will expire after one year of inactivity- such as redeeming points or placing an order.

• How do I earn points? v

  For each purchase you make you automatically earn points. The more points the greater the benefits!

• How do I redeem points? v

  You can redeem your points at any time when you login your account online. The Naked Foods Loyalty members can redeem their accrued points to deduct the accrued monetary value off their sale at any time.
  Points cannot be combined or transferred to any other type of promotion or award. Only one promo code can be used at a time. Your Naked Foods point balance and any vouchers you redeem through Naked Foods Loyalty program are not transferable to anyone else, or redeemable for cash.

• Do I get a Loyalty Card? v

  As Naked Foods is committed to reducing their environmental footprint, we have chosen to keep our membership program free of plastic cards. Instead, you can quote your email address/mobile number at cashier or log in to your account when making a purchase online.
