For optimal freshness, we recommend transferring it to an airtight jar or container at home.
Organic Styrian pumpkin seeds are different to the usual pumpkin seed in that it has no outer hard shell (often removed to leave us with the pepita). The entire seed of this variety of pumpkin is edible and has been a popular snack in its home country the Mediterranean for many years. The seed is valued for its essential fatty acid (efa) content sometimes referred to as brain food.
